About The Position

Talin Home Healthcare LLC is seeking multiple compassionate and dedicated Home Health Nurses to serve patients across Arlington, Alexandria, and Fairfax in Northern Virginia. The role delivers high-quality, personalized skilled nursing care in patients’ homes and offers an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families while working independently. Nurses must commit to working at least two days per week: Monday and either Wednesday or Friday. The opening is immediate, with a start as soon as possible.

Requirements

Active RN license in the state of Virginia.
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for travel throughout the Northern Virginia region.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible patient caseload.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Commitment to working a minimum of two days per week: Monday and either Wednesday or Friday.

Nice To Haves

Previous home health, hospital medical-surgical, or community nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across the Northern Virginia area.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and provide wound care, including wet and dry wound care and wound vac care, IV therapy, ostomy care, and other ordered clinical treatments.
Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition.
Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home care techniques.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care team members to coordinate patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
