About The Position
PurposeCare is seeking a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled visits to patients in their homes. The role offers flexible scheduling, manageable caseloads, clinical autonomy, and one-on-one patient relationships. Care focuses on patients’ needs in their home environment and supports progress in daily life and recovery. PurposeCare provides home care and home health services in the Midwest and offers training, professional development, mentor and referral programs, and opportunities to apply for roles at other locations.
Requirements
- Current license with the state Board of Nursing.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
- Ability to perform physical tasks that may include lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing.
- Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check.
