Home Health/Hospice Clinical Manager (RN)
About The Position
St. Joseph Villas Homecare and Hospice, a premier Home Health and Hospice company in Omaha, Nebraska, has an opportunity for a Clinical Manager. This role involves managing staff compliance with regulatory expectations, auditing patient records for ongoing monitoring of documentation compliance, and performing accurate and timely clinical reviews to meet deadlines. The Clinical Manager will also compile, review, analyze, and graph audit data, maintain quality data and reports, and work with hospice staff to follow up on audit results. Collaboration with the clinical team to identify performance improvement/QAPI issues and staff educational needs is crucial, as is coordinating and executing staff education related to these areas. Requirements
- Experience in Hospice required
- Must have attention to detail resulting in accurate outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with a professional attitude, demeanor and appearance
- Proficient computer skills, including Word and Excel
Responsibilities

- May be required to provide direct patient care assuming staff nurse responsibilities when necessary to support safe, high-quality patient care and agency operation
