About The Position

Bon Secours Home Care and Hospice by Compassus is hiring a Home Health Clinical Manager, also referred to in the posting as Director Clinical Services (Registered Nurse/RN), to oversee both the St. Petersburg and Tampa offices. The role supervises patient and family care in accordance with plans of care and leads the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), supporting continuity and quality of care while ensuring regulatory compliance. Requirements

• Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• Two years of home health care experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
• Current CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous experience with Homecare Homebase strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient and family care as specified by the plan of care, assessing appropriateness, continuity, service, and quality of care.
• Direct and manage the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), including scheduling, productivity, mentoring and monitoring, one-on-one meetings, pay practices, and timekeeping.
• Oversee the consultative process between the Primary Care Physician and IDT members.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal regulatory requirements.
• Attend and lead IDT meetings.
• Process electronic medical record (EMR) documentation workflow as needed.
