Requirements
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of North Dakota.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
- Document care provided and any changes in client condition.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal care delivery.
