Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Self-starter mindset with a results-driven approach

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in home health or hospice sales
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of HomeCare HomeBase

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, and community partners
  • Position Choice Health at Home as the provider of choice through strategic outreach and education
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive patient admissions and market growth
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to align services with community needs
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on program development, including staffing and financial considerations
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal marketing regulations
  • Support and partner with interdisciplinary teams to promote safe, high-quality patient care
  • Lead and participate in community engagement and public relations efforts
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly admission and growth targets
