About The Position

BAYADA is recruiting a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to serve patients in Tampa, Carrollwood, Brandon, Sun City Center, Riverview, Plant City, and other areas. The role provides one-on-one personal care, household support, and companionship to help adults remain safe and independent at home. Care is delivered according to a written plan of care from a registered nurse. The listed pay range is $17–$19 per hour. BAYADA describes the work as part of a personal care and companionship team, with training, flexibility, a larger care team, and 24/7 on-call clinical manager support. Requirements

Minimum of one year of work experience.
Current Home Health Aide certificate from a course of at least 40 hours, or a CNA license, or one year of hands-on experience working as a caregiver or Home Health Aide.
BLS-certified CPR from the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, HSI, or American Healthcare Academy.
Level II Background Check.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care according to a written plan of care from a registered nurse.
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and bed-making support.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
Assist with ambulation, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
Provide medication reminders.
