About The Position

BAYADA is recruiting a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to serve patients in Tampa, Carrollwood, Brandon, Sun City Center, Riverview, Plant City, and other areas. The role provides one-on-one personal care, household support, and companionship to help adults remain safe and independent at home. Care is delivered according to a written plan of care from a registered nurse. A variety of shifts are available, ranging from 4 to 12 hours. The pay range is $17–$19 per hour. Requirements

Minimum one year of work experience.
Have a current Home Health Aide certificate based on at least a 40-hour course, or a CNA license, or one year of hands-on experience working as a caregiver or Home Health Aide.
Hold BLS-certified CPR from the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, HSI, or American Healthcare Academy.
Complete a Level II Background Check.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care according to a written plan of care from a registered nurse.
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and bed-making support.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
Assist clients with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
Assist with ambulation, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
Provide medication reminders.
