About The Position

BAYADA is recruiting a Home Health Aide to provide personal care, household support, and companionship to adults in their homes. Following a written plan of care from a registered nurse, the aide helps clients stay safe and independent while supporting activities of daily living. The position offers daytime hours, with no weekends or evenings, and involves one-on-one care in clients’ homes across the specified counties in BAYADA’s ACSP Division. BAYADA describes its work as mission-driven and focused on helping people live safely at home with comfort, independence, and dignity. Aides receive training, 24/7 clinical support, and support from a larger care team. Responsibilities

Follow a written plan of care provided by a registered nurse.
Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
Provide household support, including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
Help clients with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
Assist with ambulation and transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
Provide medication reminders.
Provide companion care to help adults remain safe and independent at home.
