About The Position

BAYADA is recruiting a Home Health Aide (HHA) to serve patients in specified counties in its ACSP Division. Following a written plan of care from a registered nurse, the HHA provides personal care, household support, and companionship to help adults remain safe and independent at home. The role includes one-on-one care and opportunities to build close relationships with clients. The posting advertises daytime hours, no weekends or evenings, and pay of $20 per hour. BAYADA provides training and support, including 24/7 clinical support and access to a larger care team.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care, household support, and companion care according to a written plan of care from a registered nurse.
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
Assist with range-of-motion exercises.
Assist with ambulation, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
Provide medication reminders.
Travel to assigned clients’ homes.
