In -Home Certified Nurse Aides / DAYTIME Hours
About The Position
BAYADA is recruiting a Home Health Aide (HHA) for its ACSP Division to provide in-home care to patients in the specified counties. Following a written plan of care from a registered nurse, the aide provides personal care, household support, and companionship to help adults remain safe and independent at home. The role involves one-on-one care and building close relationships with clients. The posting advertises daytime hours, no weekends or evenings, and a pay rate of $20 per hour. Previous home health or patient care experience is welcomed but not required; training is provided. Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, household support, and companion care according to a written plan of care from a registered nurse.
- Help clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Provide household support such as light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
- Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
- Assist clients with ambulation, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
- Deliver care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
