Nurse Aides / DAYTIME Hours
About The Position
BAYADA is recruiting a Home Health Aide to provide CNA-level care in clients’ homes during daytime hours in the ACSP Division, serving patients in the listed counties. Following a written plan of care from a registered nurse, the aide provides personal care, household support, and companionship to help adults remain safe and independent at home. The role involves one-on-one care and building relationships with clients. Prior home health or patient care experience is welcome but not required; training is provided. The posting specifies daytime hours, with no weekends or evenings.

Responsibilities
- Provide care according to a written plan of care from a registered nurse.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
- Assist clients with range-of-motion exercises.
- Assist with ambulation and transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
