About The Position

LADACIN is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) for its Independent Living Apartment Program in Monmouth County. The role supports adults with developmental and multiple physical disabilities while promoting independence, safety, and quality of life. Training is available for qualified applicants. Full-time and part-time positions are available in person in Long Branch, New Jersey, with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Requirements

Current Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid New Jersey driver's license.
Must be at least 21 years old to drive.
Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
