About The Position

Haven Home Care is hiring Home Health Aides to help older adults live at home in Summit County, Ohio. The work includes assisting clients with bathing, dressing, meals, light cleaning, errands, mobility, and companionship. The role involves physical activity, with employees on their feet most of the day and helping people move around. It does not involve medical tasks, which are handled by nurses. Pay depends on qualifications: $18 per hour for an active or expired STNA license; $16–$18 per hour for an HHA certificate or qualifying experience, with the amount based on the interview; and $16 per hour through the free training pathway. Employees are paid every two weeks by direct deposit. The position is W-2, offers an additional 10% on holidays, and includes performance raises and bonuses. Applicants must have a driver's license and their own car with insurance covering work driving, pass background checks, have legal authorization to work in the United States, and be at least 18 years old. Employees must work at least 20 hours per week and be available between 6 AM and 8 PM; most work takes place from 8 AM to 5 PM. Haven Home Care participates in E-Verify.

Requirements
