About The Position

AccordCare is seeking experienced and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide exceptional, personalized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. This role offers flexibility, support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives, helping them live safely and independently in their homes.

Requirements

• Active Florida CNA license required
• CPR certification, in-person only
• NEGATIVE TB Test / NEGATIVE QuantiFERON Blood Test
• Ability to pass Level 2 background screening and drug screen
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

Nice To Haves

• Reliable transportation preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide care according to the client’s Plan of Care
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Take vital signs and provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Transport and escort clients to appointments and activities
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and safety standards
