About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate caregivers for Mother's Hours, a schedule designed to fit around family life. Typical shifts are Monday through Friday, approximately 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, though hours vary by client. The role involves supporting clients at home with companionship, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, errands, and transportation while helping them maintain independence and dignity.
Requirements
- Caring, dependable, and compassionate.
- Reliable transportation.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
Nice To Haves
- HHA, PCA, or CNA qualifications, or caregiving experience; caring individuals eager to learn are also welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming as needed.
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Help with errands, shopping, and transportation.
- Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity.
