About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Home Health Aides to provide in-home care to seniors and adults in Acton, Concord, Boxborough, Littleton, Stow, Maynard, Westford, Carlisle, Harvard, and surrounding communities. The role offers flexible scheduling, with opportunities for full-time or part-time work, including weekend, morning, evening, and block-hour shifts. Requirements
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

- Excellent communication and time management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Active Massachusetts Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is preferred.
- CNA experience is welcomed.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help clients with mobility and safe transfers.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Report changes in client condition to the nursing team.
- Deliver compassionate, person-centered care that promotes independence.
