About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is recruiting caring, dependable, and motivated individuals for a free caregiver training program. No previous caregiving experience is required. The program provides knowledge and hands-on skills to begin a career in home care and prepares participants to work toward Home Health Aide (HHA) certification. Employment opportunities with Guardian Angel Senior Services are available upon successful completion of training. After training, caregivers may provide one-on-one support to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The role offers flexible full-time and part-time schedules, with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available. Opportunities to work close to home may be available whenever possible.
Requirements
- No previous caregiving experience is required.
- Be compassionate, dependable, and patient.
- Be willing to learn new skills and grow professionally.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare simple meals.
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable home.
- Support clients' independence and daily routines.
- Observe and report changes in a client's condition or needs.
