About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Home Health Aides to provide in-home care to seniors and adults in Acton, Concord, Boxborough, Littleton, Stow, Maynard, Westford, Carlisle, Harvard, and surrounding communities. Opportunities include full-time and part-time schedules, weekends, mornings, evenings, and block-hour shifts. The role focuses on compassionate, person-centered care that supports clients' well-being and independence. Caregivers receive support from the office team, paid orientation, and ongoing training.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Active Massachusetts Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is preferred.
• CNA experience is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help clients with mobility and safe transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Report changes in client condition to the nursing team.
• Deliver compassionate, person-centered care that promotes independence.
