About The Position
TRU Healthcare is seeking a Home Health Aide to serve clients in their homes in the Bemidji area. The role provides essential support that helps clients maintain their independence, including assistance with mobility, personal hygiene, and everyday activities. The aide helps keep clients’ environments clean and safe and builds trusted relationships with them. The role also involves collaborating with Nurse Case Managers and promptly reporting health concerns. - Comfort and confidence visiting patients in their homes across the Bemidji area.
- Dependable transportation to provide timely and reliable care to clients.
