About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) as a 1099 independent contractor to provide routine healthcare services in clients’ homes. The role offers flexibility to set a schedule that works for both the aide and clients. The company describes itself as compassionate and committed to exceptional, whole-person care for energy workers. The listed pay range is USD $15.00–$17.00 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of state-mandated training hours, if applicable.
- Basic knowledge of computer and internet-based applications for charting.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Compassionate and professional demeanor.
- Safe working knowledge of client-based equipment.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Provide evidence of health status that does not pose a risk to clients or other caregivers.
Responsibilities
- Follow care plans to provide safe and competent care.
- Assist clients with personal hygiene and meal preparation.
- Help clients with mobility.
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions or home situations to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator.
