About The Position

St. Mark Village is hiring PRN Home Health Aides in Palm Harbor, Florida. The role provides task-based, personalized support to several older adult residents during each shift, helping them maintain independence, comfort, and dignity within one community. Pay is $15.00–$16.00 per hour, with consideration for relevant experience. A variety of shifts is available. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and most candidates hear back within 48 hours.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Home Health Aide experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CPR certification, or willingness to become certified after hire.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Passion for serving older adults.
• Must pass a drug screening; applicants must be able to produce a negative drug test.
• Applicants may be subject to a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant Home Health Aide experience beyond the required minimum is considered for pay.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with bathing, showers, and personal care routines.
• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, and daily self-care.
• Complete laundry and light housekeeping as needed.
• Provide medication reminders in accordance with community guidelines.
• Build relationships with residents through companionship and conversation.
• Respond to resident requests with kindness, professionalism, and respect.
