Home Health Aide (HHA)
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides and nursing students to work one-on-one with adult clients in Burlington County, New Jersey. Caregivers can choose where and with whom they work, with flexible scheduling and opportunities in private homes, facilities, hospice, and assisted living. Candidates who are not certified may ask about BAYADA’s affordable HHA certification training and CNA conversion courses. Pay is $18–$20 per hour for both private in-home and private facility clients. BAYADA provides weekly pay, flexible scheduling, nearby assignments when possible, training and scholarship programs, sick time and paid time off, available health benefits, 24/7 on-call and clinical nursing support, and protective gear. Requirements
- Hold a current Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
- Have at least one year of experience as a companion or CHHA.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, mechanical lift devices, and range-of-motion exercises.
- Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Provide medication assistance.
