About The Position

BAYADA is recruiting a Home Health Aide (HHA) for its ACSP Division to serve patients in the listed counties. Following a written plan of care from a registered nurse, the HHA provides personal care, household support, and companionship to help adults remain safe and independent at home. The role involves one-on-one client care and building close relationships with clients. Previous home health or patient care experience is welcome but not required; training is provided.

The posting lists client schedules that include weekday and Saturday shifts, as well as a male client needing 40 hours per week. Responsibilities

• Provide care according to a written plan of care prepared by a registered nurse.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide household support, including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
