About The Position

Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance, is hiring compassionate and dependable CNAs and PCAs to provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes. The role supports clients in remaining safe and independent at home. Caregivers follow each client’s care plan, provide personal and household assistance, and report changes, concerns, or safety issues. The local office offers scheduling and care support, with introductions or orientation for challenging or unfamiliar assignments when appropriate.

Requirements

CNA or PCA qualifications or credentials as required.
Experience providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
Reliable attendance and clear communication.
Ability to respect client dignity, privacy, preferences, and home.
Ability to follow a care plan and report changes or concerns.
Compassionate, dependable, respectful, patient, and professional approach to caregiving.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Hoyer lifts, transfers, Foley care, hospice or bed-bound care, companionship, meal preparation, or light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care.
Assist with ambulation, positioning, and transfers, including gait belt and Hoyer lift assistance when appropriate.
Prepare meals and provide companionship, social engagement, and light housekeeping.
Provide transportation or accompaniment to errands and medical appointments.
Give medication reminders and assist with prescribed range-of-motion activities.
Assist with blood glucose monitoring, Foley care, bed-bound care, and hospice supportive care when trained and appropriate.
Follow the care plan and report changes, concerns, or safety issues.
