About The Position
Silver Lining In-Home Care is seeking full- and part-time Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care services to clients in Rehoboth, Lewes, and surrounding areas. The company is client-driven, aiming to uplift communities, enable aging adults to live fully, and empower their Care Family. They offer a free, two-week HHA Certification Course, which includes a free bag upon completion. Upon working the first 500 hours, the certificate will be released. Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
- Pass a criminal record check that meets hiring guidelines.
- Pass a physical and 2-Step PPD.
- Able to lift, position, and transfer patients.
- Compassionate, respectful, committed to excellence, and possess a good attitude.
