About The Position

BAYADA is recruiting a Home Health Aide (HHA) to serve patients in the specified counties in its ACSP Division. The role provides one-on-one personal care, household support, and companionship to help adults remain safe and independent at home. Following a written plan of care from a registered nurse, the HHA assists clients with activities of daily living, household tasks, meals, exercises, mobility, and medication reminders. BAYADA offers training, clinical support, flexible scheduling, and a larger care team. The posting also lists a rate of $16.50 per hour for Home Health Aide or PCA cases. Responsibilities

• Follow a written plan of care provided by a registered nurse.
• Provide personal care, household support, and companion care to help adults live safely and independently at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Assist clients with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
