About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking Home Health Aides and CNAs to provide individualized care to patients in Homer, Michigan, and surrounding areas. The role focuses on honoring each patient's preferences, choices, abilities, and specific needs. Caregivers are expected to work compassionately and communicate well, both independently and as part of a team. Candidates can start work immediately after completing the hiring process. Hiring is available for full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules, with shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work responsibly in a team and independently.
• Compassionate with good communication skills.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and clear a background check.
