About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to provide private-duty in-home care to clients in Saint Johns, Michigan, and surrounding areas. The role is suited to someone who provides individualized care that honors each patient's preferences, choices, abilities, and specific needs. Work may begin immediately after completing the hiring process. The schedule is 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. in 12-hour shifts.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work responsibly in a team and independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to pass a drug screen, including THC screening, and clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide private-duty in-home care to clients.
• Customize care to each individual while honoring their preferences, choices, abilities, and specific needs.
• Work responsibly both as part of a team and independently.
