About The Position
The Home Health Aide provides compassionate and dignified care to residents at Vivera Senior Living of Columbus in Columbus, Indiana. The aide guides residents through activities of daily living and connects compassionately with residents and family members to create a positive experience. The role includes ongoing learning through educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences, and requires compliance with confidentiality and privacy rules for resident information. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Successful completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program in the State of Indiana.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and dignified care while guiding residents through activities of daily living.
- Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a positive experience.
- Participate in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
- Comply with rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
