About The Position

The Home Health Aide provides resident-focused care at Shepherd of Grace in Becker, Minnesota. The role supports residents with daily living activities, mobility, medication administration under RN supervision, companionship, and light housekeeping. The position is part-time or casual, with any shift available and no travel required.

Requirements

• Must be active on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry or provide a certificate of completion from an approved 75-hour Nursing Assistant course.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful leisure and recreational activities.
• Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, and exercise.
• Assist with medication administration under the direction and supervision of the RN.
• Accurately document medication administration in the Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR).
• Promptly report changes in resident condition to the RN.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
