About The Position
We are seeking a dependable, compassionate Home Health Aide/Caregiver to provide in-home support for clients with mobility limitations. This role requires hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift to safely transfer and reposition clients.
Requirements
- Prior hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift / mechanical patient lift
- Negative TB test (PPD/TB screening) — required for Medicare compliance
- Ability to pass background check
- Hoyer Lift experience
- HHA/PCA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Prior home care or facility caregiving experience preferred
- Strong communication and reliability

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Hoyer lift for client transfers (bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bathroom, etc.)
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Assist with mobility, positioning, and fall prevention
- Provide companionship and light housekeeping as needed
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to care team
- Maintain accurate visit and care documentation
