About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Healthcare Caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes. The caregiver assists clients with daily activities, provides light housekeeping and meal preparation, administers medications as directed, maintains care records, and collaborates with team members to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a home healthcare caregiver or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
Nice To Haves
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation, keeping the client's living area clean and organized and preparing nutritious meals according to the client's dietary needs.
- Administer medications as directed by the client's healthcare provider.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and report changes in the client's condition to appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
