About The Position
Senior Helpers is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for in-home care positions across Rhode Island. Positions are available in Providence, East Providence, Cranston, Pawtucket, Warwick, West Warwick, Johnston, Smithfield, Middletown, Cumberland, Coventry, South County, Newport, Narragansett, South Kingstown, North Smithfield, and other areas. Shifts are available mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, and weekends, with full-time and part-time schedules of 10–40 hours per week. Senior Helpers provides non-medical senior care, including companionship and assistance with daily activities, aging support, and hospital recovery. The company describes itself as a nationwide provider of dependable, consistent, and affordable in-home senior care, with services ranging from specialized chronic disease care to companion services.
Requirements
- Hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or a temporary CNA license.
- Pass a national background check.
Responsibilities
- Provide caring companionship, conversation, hobbies, and meal preparation.
- Assist clients with walking, diet monitoring, personal hygiene, and other activities of daily living.
- Provide non-medical care, aging support, and hospital recovery assistance.
