About The Position

MN Signature Care: Garden Court Chateau is hiring full-time and part-time Home Health Aides (HHAs) / Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate long-term care for elderly assisted living residents. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, the aide assists in delivering resident care and performs medically oriented tasks to maintain health or facilitate treatment of illness or injury in a person's residence. The role supports residents in living with independence and dignity, while providing companionship and promoting socialization, mental stimulation, physical activity, nutrition, and family involvement. The position pays $19.00–$24.50 per hour. Paid training is provided; no experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

Assist the licensed nurse in delivering resident care under the nurse's direction.
Provide medication reminders and assist with meals, light housekeeping, bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing.
Assist residents with errands and appointments.
Provide companionship and socialization, including supporting visits with friends, event attendance, and hobbies.
Encourage residents' independence and family involvement, and promote mental stimulation, physical activity, and nutrition.
Promptly report changes or concerns about residents.
