About The Position

EPOCH Senior Living is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join the nursing team at Bridges by EPOCH at Lexington, a memory care assisted living community. The role is suited to dependable, compassionate people who are genuinely interested in supporting seniors. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Available schedules include part-time Friday, 3 p.m.–11 p.m.; part-time Saturday, 3 p.m.–11 p.m.; part-time Sunday, 7 a.m.–7 p.m. or 7 a.m.–3 p.m.; and per diem shifts on all shifts. The pay range is $22–$24 per hour. Benefits for full-time team members begin on the first of the month following the hire date; applicants may ask about benefits available to part-time team members.

Requirements

• Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate required.
• English required.
• Dependable, compassionate, and genuinely interested in making life healthier and happier for seniors.
