About The Position
Blize Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide to provide routine healthcare to patients in their homes or in care facilities in Solano County and Contra Costa County. The position is full-time and starts at $25 to $26 per hour.
Requirements
- Positive and patient demeanor.
- Ability to build rapport with patients.
- Ability to handle a physical workload.
- Experience in home health or hospice.
- Driver’s license required.
- CNA or HHA license required.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine, individualized care to elderly patients, convalescents, or people with disabilities.
- Monitor and report changes in patients’ health status.
- Provide personal care, including bathing and dressing patients.
- Provide specialized healthcare, such as administering medication and changing bandages.
- Teach family members ways to care for patients.
