About The Position

Family Pillars Homecare is a growing home care agency committed to providing compassionate, reliable care to seniors and adults who need support. The agency is expanding across multiple counties and is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide in-home care. The position involves supporting a fall-risk patient with activities of daily living, mobility, safety, companionship, and adherence to an individualized care plan while preserving the patient’s privacy, dignity, and comfort. Flexible scheduling and cases close to home are offered, with opportunities for steady hours in 4-, 8-, and 12-hour shifts.

Requirements

HHA certificate or successful completion of the HHA State Exam, or a CNA license.
CPR-BLS certification.
Physical Health Form dated within the last six months.
Negative TB skin test results or a TBQ-Quantiferon Gold blood test result.
CEU certificate in HIV/AIDS.
CEU certificate in Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders.
Level 2 Background Check or willingness to obtain one.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, with proof of car insurance.
Ability to work independently and professionally.
Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
Provide care for a fall-risk patient, paying close attention to safety.
Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Follow the patient’s individualized care plan.
Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and comfort.
Communicate clearly with the care team about changes or concerns.
