About The Position

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join its healthcare team. The company has been a provider in the private duty health care industry for over 25 years and focuses on delivering exceptional patient care and improving health outcomes in the community. The employee works with one patient for the complete shift, becoming familiar with the patient, their needs, and their family life. The role supports patients’ daily living activities, comfort, overall well-being, and quality of life. Available shifts are 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on various days. The pay range is $17–$18 per hour.

Requirements

Driver’s license.
Social Security card.
Auto insurance card.
Current CPR card.
State CNA certification.
TB test results: a two-step test or chest X-ray within the last 12 months, or QuantiFERON Gold blood work within the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems, and report and discuss observations with a supervisor or case manager.
Assist patients with lifting and transferring as needed to support mobility.
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
Perform light housekeeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
Enhance patients’ quality of life and build relationships through conversation, shared activities, and mental stimulation.
Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration.
