About The Position

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides to join its healthcare team. Requirements

Driver’s license.
Social Security card.
Auto insurance card.
Current CPR card.
State CNA certification.
TB test results: a two-step test or chest X-ray within the last 12 months, or QuantiFERON Gold blood work within the last five years.

Responsibilities

Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems, and report and discuss observations with a supervisor or case manager.
Support patient mobility by assisting with lifting and transferring as needed.
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
Perform light housekeeping duties such as changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
Enhance patients’ quality of life and build relationships through conversation, shared activities, and mental stimulation.
Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration.
