About The Position
Join a program supporting Airbnb’s Luxe offering as a Home Consultant, helping uphold the quality and hospitality standards expected of its luxury homes. As part of a Managed Services program, you will conduct in-person home consultations, document property conditions, take photos, and submit detailed evaluation reports for the luxury quality review process. Consultations typically take approximately two hours, with duration varying based on property size. This project operates on an as-needed basis. Assignment volume may fluctuate, is not guaranteed, and depends on operational demand and market needs. Compensation is per assignment, with a proposed base rate for evaluating and submitting a report for a one-bedroom home. Regional average base rates are generally $75–$90 for a one-bedroom property, with an additional $5 per bedroom up to eight bedrooms. Separate daily travel compensation ranges from $5 to $92, based on the assigned zone and the consultant’s distance from its center. Further travel-compensation details and procedures will be shared before offers are extended.
Requirements
- Have a flexible schedule.
- Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to assigned locations.
- Own a phone or tablet that can be used to complete reports and upload photos.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Be proficient in written and spoken English.
- Be comfortable with technology and able to complete reports using a stable internet connection.
- Be located within a one-hour drive of the job-post location.
Nice To Haves
- A background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person, onsite home consultations and property evaluations.
- Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions.
- Complete structured assessment reports using independent expert evaluation and provided guidelines and templates.
- Maintain professional, responsive communication and interactions with Hosts.
- Coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email.
- Submit reports accurately and on time after each consultation.
