About The Position
The Caregiver provides compassionate, non-medical care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence, safety, and quality of life.
Requirements
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous Caregiving experience is required.
- Ability to pass background screening and meet company hiring requirements.
- Bilingual-Spanish

- Reliable transportation is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, washing dishes, changing linens, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition or well-being.
- Follow the client's care plan and company policies.
- Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with supervisors and family members.
