Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with medication reminders and monitor clients’ health condition.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records and report any changes in clients’ conditions.
