Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and team members
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes in Fort Gratiot, MI
- Ability to pass background checks and meet company hiring standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Help clients with mobility and transferring as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to supervisors
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
