Responsibilities

- Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ health conditions as directed.
- Support mobility and physical activities to promote independence.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.
- Document care provided and report any changes in clients’ conditions promptly.
