About The Position
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Howell, MI. In this role, you will provide essential in-home care and support to clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and team members
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Howell, MI
- Ability to pass background checks
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and perform household tasks
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide medication reminders and monitor client health and wellness
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow care plans and safety protocols established by University Home Care Inc
