About The Position

Always Best Care is a locally owned, rapidly growing home care agency serving Solano and Napa Counties. The agency is seeking a field-based representative to own and grow an assigned territory through community outreach, referral partnerships, and networking. The role involves developing strategic plans for high-value referral sources, building relationships, tracking activity in a CRM, and working with intake and operations teams to support smooth client transitions. The representative meets in person weekly to review goals and helps uphold the agency’s reputation in the community.

Compensation includes a $70,000 base salary during the ramp period, paid bi-weekly, plus commission and bonuses with uncapped earning potential. A car allowance is provided. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), and optional supplemental plans through Aflac.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, home care, hospice, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to manage time independently.
• Enjoy in-person outreach and presentations, and participating in and coordinating networking events.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
