Requirements
- Prior experience as a non-skilled home care caregiver or home attendant.
- Possess current and valid basic required certifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations within Phoenix, AZ.
- Current Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide non-skilled personal care and support to clients in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor client condition and report any changes to supervisory staff.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Follow care plans and comply with company policies and procedures.
