Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing, to maintain a safe environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with client mobility and transfers safely.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior to supervisory staff.
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and families.
