About The Position

Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy toward clients.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual with strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift and assist clients safely and follow proper infection control protocols.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in home care or similar caregiving role is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and organizing living spaces.
- Monitor and report changes in client’s health or behavior to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
